Chicken Tacos

3 - 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
1 small onion, sliced

Put in crock pot and cook on low about 8 hours. Remove Chicken to a platter and shred. Laddle a little bit juice mixture over chicken. Serve with either crispy taco shells or tortillas. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream and salsa.

We love this. Everyone eats it. It's great if you are having a Mexican Dinner with severeal different dishes for your guest to choice from. Hope you enjoy!
