Crock Pot Parmesan Potatoes

Crock Pot Parmesan Potatoes

5 potatoes, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Layer all ingredients in lightly greased medium sized crock pot; cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.

Great side dish for those summer cook outs. Wonderful with some grilled chicken or grilled steak.

Potatoes. Bacon. Crockpot. Doesn't get much better than that! :)
I don't have bacon on hand, but I do have ham...this sounds so good, I may just substitute and try this recipe this week. :)
