Life's GREATEST gifts!!!

Happy Monday to all our friends and family! Hope yall had a wonderful weekend. What did yall do? I hope that all of you and yours are safe and sound and well. I know there is a lot more sickness going around, and lots of bad weather too.

We are doing well! The girls are great! As are Mommy and Daddy too! We had some rainy weather, but the worst of the storms missed us. (Thank you, Jesus). So it gave us lots of fun at home! Saturday, my friend and her kids came over, while her hubby was busy at work. We made lunch (soft tacos) and played games! It was a great time! Then we ran to town as a family and came in and made finger foods for dinner, to enjoy, while we were watching the race! (Sprint Cup).

Sunday afternoon, it had dried up a little bit, so we took the girls out for some fun! Lil K loves her slide! She will play on it for the longest time! And love and babble to us! It is just so nice to be able to sit out and watch her enjoy life!

After dinner, and Lil K was in bed sleeping. We had a little time before dark, and Lil E wanted to go out and play. Check out the sky! Isn't it beautiful? So we decided to do bubbles! She loves to chase them and blow them both!

She was for sure on the run to get those bubbles here! She was laughing as were we! It was so much fun! Even our lil dog was chassing bubbles too.
It wasn't very long and it was time to head in for the night. Do you want to see the beautiful sun set? ... YOu can. I thought I'd share it with you! What a beautiful day, and to see all the different colors of God's handy work! It's just breath taking! I love this very sun set.

Then today we headed to the park! We set out to enjoy feed the ducks, when we had a little visitor. He came running down the tree, and dashed to grab a piece of bread from between the ducks! It was too funny, and instead of him running back up the tree, he ran and hid on the other side to enjoy the bread. I'm sure he would have ran to get more bread, but Lil E wanted to pet him, and as she ran to him, up the tree our little friend ran!

So then she wanted to throw the bread into the water, so the other ducks could eat too. I just love the picture below of her throwing her bread. Lil K was busy playing in her stroller, right with mommy, and eating her bread! She eats much more than she ever throws. But she is happy, so that is what matters.

After our day at the park, we were back home and they wanted some more outside time, so that is just what we did! And Lil K so wanted to ride on a bike. Being the awesome big sister she is, Lil E was pushing her around and both were delighted to be having so much fun! Lil E would say to her, "Sister, we can't go too fast, you are only a little grown up, you aren't a big grown up or all grown up yet, so you will fall. So I will just push you little." If that isn't the sweetest! I could go on and on every day about the girls and my life! I'm truly blessed beyond imagination! I have received the greatest gifts in life, my girls! They are my world! They make every day a sun shine day! And they make any grey day, bright and beautiful! What more could I ask for, I am blessed with the most awesome and loving husband, two wonderful daughters, and a precious lil dog that believes she is a baby! I have an awesome family and lots of great friends! And most importantly, I'm blessed to have a relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I really couldn't ask for more!

Most of you know, I'm not a big reader. There aren't a lot of books that capture me. But let me tell you, I picked up the "It's all about Him", by Denise Jackson (Wife of Country Music Star Alan Jackson). I wasn't sure if I wanted to read it or not. Last week I found it for a great deal at the store here, and picked it up. Today, I started it, and I haven't been able to put it down. I'm about a 4th of the way through it. I even took it to the park with me. I sat and read for about 10 minutes, while Lil K enjoyed a snack in her stroller right near me, and Lil E was running in circles right by me! It's really a wonderful book and so uplifting!!! What a great tribute to the faith she has!
Hope yall have a wonderful week!!! I'll be around more this week.
Hugs and Blessings,
