Faithful Friday and Lots of Fun

I'm so very happy to be taking part in Faithful Fridays, it is hosted by Joy. First off I'm thankful that Joy herself is feeling better! And that such a young lady would be so eager to show her faith.

I'm so thankful that my sister will be visiting this weekend. She is very ill, so this is a huge deal. I'm so thankful that God has blessed us with the chance for to travel here. So can you please keep her (Laura) in your prayers.

I'm so thankful for the Husband I have! He is the BEST and such a great example to all. This week started out really rough, and I spent lots of time crying. I don't know why I was losing faith for the moment, but I was. James called me, and I was still crying! So he says to me, "Honey, settle down, because God is with us and will not let us fall. He will get us through this time and we will even have great things after this trial. Remember, we have been through tough things in the past, keep your head up and keep the Faith in Him, and it will all be ok. No need to stress." He was just so calm about it all and after I finally settled down, it made me feel so much better. He is a blessing!

I'm very thankful that I'm able to stay home with my girls! It gives me great joy, in being the one to teach them and to get to make all those wonderful memories with! It truly the best for me! It was always my dream job! Now, I'm blessed enough to get the honor! Thank you to my hubby for working so hard for us, so that I can be the one home with the kids.

I'm so glad to know we serve a good God, one who will never leave me, and will never forsake me! It's the most wonderful part of my life! It's the BEST feeling in the world!

Now to some fun with the girlst he last 2 days. Nothing makes this momma more pround that to see her girls being sweet and loving and making awesome memories! Yesterday we were in their room and Lil E was busy cooking for sister and Mommy. She would work so hard in her little kitchen and make us a huge feast! We had a little bit of everything! And Lil K had the best time eating that food! :) Finally I helped Lil E get the food together and her and Lil K were able to enjoy eating together. She just wasn't to sure about not being the cook in her kitchen.

Then today was a busy day around here. First off, Mommy backed right up into one of my dearest friends cars. Everyone was ok, my car had zero amount of damage. Her car wasn't that lucky. Her hubby fixed it tonight! Thank God for that! Whew!!! So that put a little delay in our start. Then it was off and running! We stopped for lunch at the local Thai Restraunt, and both my friends and my hubby also joined us! So it was a nice treat! And after sharing with yall the Cheeseburger recipe yesterday, it just went with the week of food we had already had, so that is what I made today for our dinner. After dinner, we all went outside to play and water the garden. What a ball the girls had! And Lil K was having the time of her life with the plastic ball bats! It was just too funny, she was for sure on the go!

As the sun was setting, it twas time for a little jump on the trampoline! And I just feel in love with the picture, it captured the sun setting and the girls playing! I just loved it!
I hope you have a wonderful day and that you have a blessed weekend! I'll be busy. Saturday, we are giving a friend a baby shower, and of course my sister will be in town. Hubby will be busy, headed out to the race track to help our friend out! Hope she wins! Good Luck girl!!!
Hugs and Blessings,

Patty,

What a blessing a Godly husband is! And it's amazing how an encouraging word from him makes you feel better and more secure, isn't it? I'm thankful for those same things and also being home with our kids.

Your girls look so sweet playing together in their kitchen! And I do love that photo on the trampoline at sunset too! That's perfect...it pretty much sums up a happy day of playing together! Lovely pics!

Have a great weekend, Patty, and thanks for participating in Faithful Fridays with Joy! :)

I enjoyed your Faithful Fridays post. This was my first time too, but it is a good reminder to share what God has done.

What a great meme. I will have to make a note of it to participate next time!

Keeping your sister in my prayers and hoping that you had a wonderful visit together.
