Barbecue Crock Pot Ribs
4 - 5 lbs of pork spareribs
1 1/2 cups bottled barbecue sauce (you choice of brand and flavor, we use KC Masterpiece or sweet baby ray's)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic powder
Cut ribs apart. (we leave in sections of about 3). Boil 15 minutes. Pat dry and place in the crock pot. Mix all remaining ingredients, and pour over the ribs. Cook on low for 10 hours.
These are really yummy!!! This is one of the 2 versions we use a lot for our ribs. Hope you enjoy!
