Mom's Crock Pot Roast


Mom's Crock Pot Roast

4 cups of water
3 pouches of brown gravy mix
1 pouch of onion soup mix
6 small potatoes, quartered
6 medium carrots, cut in to 2 inch pieces
3 - 4 lb roast

In a sauce pan mix water and gravy and cook until it smooth and together. Place roast in crock pot, and pour onion soup over. Top with potatoes and carrots. Cover all with brown gravy and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours, or until it's fork tender. If you want to cook on high, you can lessen time to 4 to 5 hours on high.
