I am joining the I heart faces People's Choice Photo Challenge ~ Best Faces in February. This is my favorite photo in the entire month of February. How could I not just love this picture and her beautiful bright blue eyes!!! And even though the scarf has her mouth covered, you can see she is smiling! Check out I heart faces!
