Taco Soup
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic minced or pressed
1 envelope of dry ranch dressing mix
1 envelope of taco seasosning
2 cans of Ro-Tel, undrained
1 can of petite tomatoes, undrained
2 cans of Ranch Style beans, undrained
1 can of pinto beans, undrained
optional 1 can of black beans or kidney beans (omit one can of Ranch Style beans)
1 can of whole kernel corn, drained
3 cups of water
Brown the beef with the, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Drain any grease off the meat and pour into crock pot. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 6 hours. Serve over tortilla chips and topped with grated cheese. Also may top with sour cream. We also enjoy this served with corn bread too, instead of the chips.

My family loves taco soup! I've never tried it with corn. I bet that will be a hit, too! Thanks for the recipe!
