A day.....

Man what a day here... It ranged from nice and calm to total chaotic at times.

With this I will get my ramblings out first.

First off, since when is it others right to judge? I do believe we are not to judge. And yet people you think are so close and such good friends, judge quicker than anyone. Man o man! With friends like that, I better make sure not to make enemies. With this I might add, my kids are MINE, and I did say kids.. God gave me both of my daughters for a reason! He had a plan all along! So everyone needs to keep it to themselves if they do not agree with my choices! I will deal with all I am given to make the best life for both my girls. Not only adopted children have issues. I am so tired of hearing, why did you adopt babies knowing they were drug exposed and addicted. Am I mistaken here, or do all children have some issue to deal with. Yes some are bigger than others, some are more severe, but not the less, they are issues. These are my girls and for me to handle them. As God has trusted us to do.

Then I want to know how people preach to me they are Christian and their Church is the only one, and yet they don't accept people in the Church. They treat people badly, they make others feel unwelcomed, and judged greatly! Guess what, I am not perfect. I am a child of God, I am a Princess of his royality! I am me! We have a motorcylce that we ride, we go to the car races, we love rodeo, our children are adopted, so are we bad people? I don't think so. I am a Deacon's Daughter, I have wonderful Godly parents that lead me to become who I am, I have an awesome Godly husband on my side! I am thankful for all I have! I'm thankful for who I am.

Thought I'd share a scripture that came to me.

Luke 6:41-42
41"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? 42How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,' when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."

So please understand, I am not judging others, I am tired of being judged for being different! That's all, different than people in this town. God sent us here for a time and maybe it is to show others Jesus' light without judgement!

Now on to good things of today. It was a busy day on the home front. But it was nice. We did some preschool with work with Lil E. May she sure loved writing her letter A. Hard to believe she is 4 and growing up so much! She is learning so many things. Today she got the chocolate syrup out of the fridge and took it to the girls room to share with her sister. Got their toy dishes out and poured it into the little cups to drink. Mind you Lil K is only 10 months and was having a ball drinking chocolate syrup! YUM YUM. So to the bath we went as they had it from head to toe. I know Miss Lil E is as busy as can be, but she has the best intentions and loves to share with her sissy. It is too funny! I have to remind myself to laugh at times like this, as it really is pretty comical and sweet! Mess and all.

Then it came time for dinner. Lil E loves to cook and bake. So I told her let's clean up your room and we can cook. I had some left over baked spaghetti ricatoni. So I was making my Garlic Bundt Bread and having a salad with it. So we were busy cleaning up and off to making the bread. She was such a GREAT helper standing up each biscuit. It was so good to see the pride she had. When it was all done and we were eating dinner. She was so proud to tell Daddy she made the bread and it was so yummy. Her eyes gleamed with happiness, and so did this momma's!

Then we had so much fun today watching Lil K stand up! Yes she is standing up on her own! Wow, where does time go? They sure do grown up so fast. And she is as learned how to play possum already. She will lay down and pretend to be asleep, and as soon as you walk away she will sit up and giggle! It makes you just laugh back at her. Kids smiles and giggles are so contagious!!!

Here's the recipe for the bread ~

Garlic Bundt Bread

3 cans of biscuits

1 stick of butter

2 - 3 cloves of garlic, pressed or minces

1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning

1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Melt the butter. Add garlic and Italian Seasoning. Line the bundt pan with the biscuits standing on their side. All the way around. Then pour the butter mixture over them. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes, until biscuits are done. Flip onto a plate and top with grated parmesan cheese. Pull apart to serve.

Remember we are blessed! Be thankful for who you are, for what you have, and enjoy and cherish the little moments! We are all here all only here for a little while. God Bless you all!

Hugs and Blessings,
