Just starting

Just starting my blog to share with others. I will share so much with you all. I am loving this most beautiful season, called Fall. It's been cooler for a week now and it's wonderful! The leaves are falling. It's wonderful. Did some great fall cleaning this weekend and I made a pot of chilli. Yummy! I love the cooking and baking this time of year! It's so hearty and yummy!

Here's a recipe for Chilli

2 Easy Chilli

2 lbs of ground meat
1 small onion chopped
2 14 - 15 oz cans of beans (ranch style, kidney beans, or chili beans)
2 cans of Ro-Tel (chopped tomatoes and green chilies)
2 14 oz cans tomato sauce
2 cans (use tomato sauce cans) of water
2 pkgs of chili seasoning (regular, mild, or hot depending on your taste)

Brown ground meat with chopped onion until done and no longer have any pink, and drain any fat/ grease from meat. Add everything to a stock pot or your crock-pot and let it simmer together. In the crock-pot for about 3 hours and on the stove for about an hour.

Hope you all have a beautiful and blessed Monday!
