Chocolate Cake (Weight Watchers Style)

I love cooking for my family and I love sharing recipes with others! If you want to find more great recipes, click on the above banner, it will talk to you Diary of a Stay at Home Mom, our awesome host of Cooking Thursday! And let me tell you, her recipe this week, looks beyond AWESOME! :)

Chocolate Cake (Weight Watchers Style)

1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 can of Diet Coke
1 small package of instant sugar-free pudding mix
1 8-ounce container of fat-free chilled whipped topping

CAKE ~Mix cake mix and Diet Coke together. Bake in an oil-sprayed 9 x 13 pan. Cook at
350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes until slightly underdone. Cool.

FROSTING ~ Put 1 small package of sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix into one
8-ounce container of fat-free chilled whipped topping. Mix well. Frost the cake and
cut into squares.

They are kinda more like a brownie to some, but it's still very good! Hope you enjoy!

Hugs and Blessings,

Thanks for dropping by yesterday! The valentines really were fun to make, but I must admit that the crafter had more fun than me...she worked from morn till night and had to be FORCED to bed...otherwise she would've stayed up all night.

Just read your Simple Pleasures post and loved it! I have never seen the famous Texas blue bonnets, but really want to. They're known the world over.

Anyway, thanks again, friend,
Val

I wish I baked because I'd love to say I made a cake with a diet Coke in it.

Just stopping by from Texas Blogging Gals to say howdy.

Blessings,
Necel from the Old House in Texas
