Pumpkin Patch

My favorite time of the year has started! I love fall and Winter! I can't get enough of either one of these two! I love the colors, the crisp weather, the fun, the food, and and and... I could just keep going and going. I really do love it!

Things have been busy around here. On Friday we had to do some running around, and so I told the girls we could visit this pumpkin patch on our way home. The girls were both asleep and Mommy had to wake them. But they still had some fun! Each picked their own pumpkins. It was just to fun!!! It reminds me of taking Lil E the very first time. (her 2nd Halloween too). They ran from group to group!

Lil e ~ "Mom, how about these?"

Lil K ~"I can't pick it up!"

Getting the girls to stand for a picture, was near impossible! Especially Lil K, she was ready to run around for the freedom!

And here she is, picking her very own lil pumpkin! She wanted to carry one, so we found the small ones, so she could carry her own.

Look at what Lil E has found.... She come to me, saying "MOM MOM, LOOK it's a STRAWBERRY pumpkin!" "Can I have it? I want it."... and the answer was yes! It was just too cool to pass up!

Then it was home and time to get ready for homecoming! We first put our pumpkins out! :) So here is a pic of the 3 pumpkins we brought home from the lil pumpkin patch!
Even though the girls had lots of fun picking pumpkins and running free, what stood out the most to Lil E was watching the tractor with two trailers of pumpkins! She was blown away by the many pumpkins he had and was bringing up to sale!
Hope everyone had a great weekend and that you all have a wonderful and blessed week!
Hugs and Blessings,

This does not look like the pumpkin patch in Chillicothe, so where is it. Leave me a message on FB and tell me where you went. I am glad the girls loved it. Some of my favorite pictures to scrap each year are pp pictures.

Looks like the girls are having a great time! They definitely know how to pick their pumpkins. What will you be doing with them? Carving or pies?

I love the pix...like you, fall is my favorite time..although where I live we haven't felt any fall yet..it is still extremely hot...but the pictures look so wonderful. Do you make pumpkins pies too? I just love them.
