We decided to go spend a lil time with my family and friends. I do not do this well. I am usually torn about doing it or not, as I hate to be away from hubby, but I wnated to spend time with my family! And with my sister being sick and all, I just wanted to spend a lil more time with her too! So that was it, we were going home for nearly a week and going to make some great memories! Off we went! Lil E thought the "Hot Dog Car", as she calls it, was the coolest thing! It was in route to a parade as we were traveling back home. They were so kind to let her take a picture and even gave her a lil Oscar Mayer glow in the dark car.
The weekend was super busy. We were on the go all day! We saw Santa, went for pictures, took the kids to the park, and even went to the Christmas Parade. Everyone had a GREAT time! Then we had Church and my Dad's family Christmas Dinner to attend. Then my sisters and I had a girls day! Plus of course lots of wonderful quailty time hanging out at my parents home too. We had company in and out the entire time, and mom cooked many yummy meals, and we all played some cards too. It was awesome to see everyone and have so much fun! I miss each and every person, so when we get to go home and spend some time with them, it is always wonderful! It makes me appreciate the time with them even more!

Time with Family.....
It was sad to say good bye everyone and head home, but great to head home to hubby/ daddy! He was greatly missed while us girls were out having fun! On our journey home, we were reminded how blessed we really are! God is so good to all of us! We were driving along, the kids were sleeping, and then it happened, the 18 wheeler came into our lane of traffic, and pushed us to the median. I didn't have control and only know that Jesus did take the wheel and kept us from harms way! I was emotionally distraught for awhile and shaken to the core! I have never been that scared (and we all know I have had my share of accidents), it was truly the worst feeling! My babies were in the car! What if something had happened to them! I couldn't contain myself! But then I was thankful, God says he will never forsake us, and he didn't! He kept us safe, just as promised!!! It's so awesome to serve such an awesome God!!! We were welcome home to worried and thankful hubby and daddy! And lots of cold weather! It is GREAT to be back home again!!!!
Everyone was missed and thought about while we were away! Hope all is going well!
Hugs and Blessings,
