This week I am going to share one of our favorite desserts, cakes. Since it was the week of My mom's birthday, I thought it only fitting to share a cake! We love this cake so much!

EARTHQUAKE CAKE

1 cup Coconut
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 package German chocolate cake mix
1/2 lb. butter; softened

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into pan. Spread coconut and nuts over cake. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. Drop teaspoons of this mixture over cake using all of it. Bake for 45 minutes. Cake will set when cooled.

Hope you and your family enjoy!

Hugs and Blessings,
