Fiesta Corn Dip ~ Cooking Thursday

She use to host Slow Cooking Thursday, but found after a long time, it was getting harder and harder to share crockpot recipes and opened it up this year to all recipes! I'm so excited, as I had stopped taking part, because I was out of crock pot recipes.

I thought with all the football play offs and Super Bowl coming up that I'd share a party food this week! :) And Race season is right around the corner too! :)



Fiesta Corn Dip -

2 cans of mexi corn
3 green onions chopped
1 cup mayo (not miracle whip)
1/4 tsp sugar
3 chopped jalapenos
1 small can green chiles
1 cup sour cream

Mix all together and chill. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
